نقلت صحيفة وول ستريت جورنال عن مسؤولين إيرانيين ووسطاء عرب قولهم إن طهران تسعى، في استراتيجيتها التفاوضية مع الولايات المتحدة، إلى تحقيق هدفين متداخلين، عبر الحصول على انفراجة مالية لاقتصاد يرزح تحت ضغوط شديدة، من دون تقديم تنازلات كافية في برنامجها النووي.
