England's Burns signs new Bristol contractImage source, Getty ImagesImage caption, Delaney Burns reached a century of appearances for Bristol last monthPublished59 minutes agoEngland second row Delaney Burns has signed a new contract with Bristol Bears.The 24-year-old joined the Bears in 2019 and surpassed 100 games for the Premiership Women's Rugby club in their win against Harlequins last month.Burns won her fourth cap for the Red Roses in their 62-24 win against Wales in the Six Nations last weekend."Reaching 100 appearances at such a young age is a fantastic achievement and speaks volumes about her consistency, durability and the standards she sets every day," said head coach Scott Lawson."She continues to develop her game and her recent recognition with the Red Roses is thoroughly deserved.
