CBI registers case in Twisha Sharma death, takes over probe from Bhopal police
BHOPAL: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Monday registered a case in the mysterious death of Twisha Sharma, taking over the investigation from Bhopal police following directions of the Supreme Court. The probe has been assigned to the agency’s Special Crime (SC)-3 Unit, with a five-member team headed by a superintendent of police (SP)-rank officer which reached Bhopal later in the evening, say sources.
