Zia Yusuf has branded revelations over “anti-rape” guidance being issued to asylum seekers the “ultimate confession” of Labour’s migration failure.
Speaking to GB News, the Reform UK Home Affairs spokesman reacted after it emerged the documents had been converted into multiple foreign languages.
The guidance, provided by the Home Office, includes pointers on the age of consent and warnings that rape is illegal.
“In some ways it's shocking. But sadly, given what we've seen over the last couple of decades, it's not actually that surprising,” Mr Yusuf began.
“If you have to try to train fully grown men to try to stop them from raping women, then perhaps it would be a good idea to not allow such people into the country in the first place.
“I know that might be a controversial opinion in Britain in 2026, but it seems like common sense to me,” he said cynically.
“It's not just a guide for illegal migrants on how to not be a rapist. It also informs them that they shouldn't have sex with children, that forcing a child to marry you is not allowed in this country.
“It tries to teach them what consent means. It tells them not to leave babies alone. It tells them not to harass women or take pictures of people without their permission. It's really horrific, actually.”
The Reform Home Affairs spokesman argued that the documents were therefore “hard proof” of the dangers posed by the migrant crisis.
“The Government, the Ministry of Justice, the Secretary of State for Justice, is spending taxpayer money to conceal the magnitude of crimes committed by illegal migrants and foreign nationals in this country.
“Is this not the ultimate confession? Effectively, from this government and the Home Office, about the scale of danger being imposed on British women and girls by this invasion?”
Mr Yusuf then aimed both Labour and the Tories, laying the blame for the crisis at both parties’ doors.

“The Tories and Labour have sold their own people up the river,” he slammed.
“They have directly now imperilled and endangered British women and girls for years.”
The Home Office guidance states that breaking UK laws could result in consequences including imprisonment, losing asylum support or accommodation, and potentially affecting an asylum claim.
It also tells arrivals that women in Britain can work, study and travel freely without requiring permission from a man.
Defending the resources, a Home Office spokesperson previously told GB News: "We expect everyone who comes to the UK to abide by our laws."
If they do not, they will face consequences, including the refusal of their asylum claim and removal from the UK.
"Returns of failed asylum seekers have reached their highest level since 2010 under this Government."
