And while addressing that possibility in a recent interview, he revealed that the best outcome from the ongoing dispute would be a win-win.“I don’t think it’s realistic (to implement a relegation system), but generally I’m rooting for the (MLB) owners,” Cole told NJ.com’s Randy Miller. “I want all sides to walk away from a deal with a win. That’s part of stewardship of everybody involved that contributes to this industry. We’re trying to get everybody a ‘W’ here, and that’s including the fans.
