With Spencer Fano and KC Concepcion picks, Browns GM Andrew Berry swings at past struggles

They finished last season devoid of protectors and playmakers on offense, so it should be no surprise that they selected a left tackle in Utah’s Spencer Fano and a receiver in Texas A&M’s KC Concepcion in Thursday night’s draft.
