A website is offering advice for securing PIP handouts for £49.99 as claims surpass four million.

Users can learn how to maximize their Personal Independence Payment by answering government form questions effectively.

The site claims its guidance can significantly increase potential PIP payouts, emphasizing the importance of using the right language in applications.

By KATHERINE LAWTON, SENIOR NEWS REPORTER Published: 14:54, 17 August 2026 | Updated: 14:57, 17 August 2026 A website is offering benefits claimants advice on how to secure PIP handouts for just £49.99 - after the number of people claiming the disability payment hit four million.  Pipexpert.co.uk, run by Karol Slusarczyk, prides itself on being able to help people secure higher payouts in as little as 30 seconds.  New customers are taught how to maximise their Personal Independence Payment (PIP) by answering questions on government forms in a way that showcases the severity of their 'disability'.  When the Daily Mail carried out a free survey which pops up on the site - citing 'anxiety' as the disability - the results state an individual could receive up to £194 a week (£30,264 over three years) if they use the website's services.  People are then encouraged to spend £49.99 on a guide that will help them apply for benefits. 'A single PIP award is worth hundreds of times the cost. Don't lose thousands because of wrong wording on the form,' it states.  It comes after four million people claimed PIP in England and Wales in April 2026, figures from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) show, reflecting a 2 per cent increase over three months.  Of the four million recipients, 3.3 million (83 per cent) were of working age.  Karol Slusarczyk (pictured), who was born in Poland and runs Pipexpert.co.uk, helps benefits claimants secure PIP handouts for just £49.99 When the Daily Mail carried out the site's free survey - citing 'anxiety' as the disability - the results state an individual could receive up to £194 a week (£30,264 over three years) if they use the website's services The size of the PIP payment a claimant is entitled to depends on how they answer questions about their condition, which consider their ability to take care of themselves.  Points are awarded for each answer, with higher scores indicating a need for greater support, likely resulting in higher payments.   Those who purchase Mr Slusarczyk's guide receive personalised instructions on how to secure the maximum amount of PIP for their condition.  Customers are taught exactly what 'language to use' when applying for PIP, and are told not to be disheartened if the government initially rejected their application.  Explaining why the site is better than using free government advice, it states: 'GOV.UK tells you what the PIP activities are - PIPexpert tells you exactly how YOUR condition affects those activities and what language to use. It's the difference between a map and a personal guide who knows the terrain.' It adds: 'A PIP refusal is not the end.'  The £49.99 report provides 'complete personalised guidance' for a PIP claim, according to the website.  It also advertises a £99.99 premium option, which provides a 'done for you' report featuring answers ready to copy.  For claimants who are rejected, the site offers a £149.99 'mandatory reconsideration pack' - providing a 'full done for you report' and template letter, among other tools.  Customers are taught exactly what 'language to use' when applying for PIP The website gives an example of how it can help customers improve their wording to receive more benefits  The site states: 'If your PIP claim was rejected or scored too low, don't give up. Around 1 in 3 Mandatory Reconsiderations result in a changed decision, and if that fails, around two-thirds of tribunal appeals are won by the claimant.'  Customers who are unsure about whether they want to pay for the service are invited to try a quick survey free of charge, which shows them how they could secure more than £10,000 in benefits per year.  The Mail's test showed an individual with anxiety could be entitled to £10,088 per year, after telling the survey that the condition makes it difficult to engage with other people face to face.  Mr Slusarczyk was born in Poland but lives in the UK, and is described as a 'Benefits Expert' and a self-employed sole trader.  He also runs esaexpert.co.uk, a website which helps claimants receive maximum payments via the Work Capability Assessment (WCA). Critics previously accused Labour of backing away from welfare reform despite the escalating cost. Last year, Labour rebels forced former Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer to abandon plans to take a tougher approach to controlling the PIP bill. Concerns have also grown over the sharp increase in claims linked to mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression and ADHD. Psychiatric disorders now account for 39 per cent of all PIP claims, making them by far the largest category. A Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) spokesperson said: 'We condemn those who charge people for help with PIP applications for financial gain. 'PIP is only awarded following a thorough assessment, where all evidence is reviewed, and we are substantially increasing the proportion of face-to-face assessments to 30 per cent.' The Mail has contacted Pipexpert for comment.
