Former Police and Crime Commissioner Festus Akinbusoye discusses whether institutional racism in the police system is causing victims to be failed.
Speaking to GB News, he said: "One of my one of my big worries is that in British policing today, we have some element of groupthink about what they think people like me actually need.
"But the fact of the matter is, every black person that I know just want the police to go about doing their job well."
