WATCH: Andrew Rosindell grills Keir Starmer on 'failure' to install A&E unit at Romford hospital

Reform UK MP Andrew Rosindell has hit out at Sir Keir Starmer for his "failure" to install an A&E unit at the Queen's Hospital in Romford.

Addressing the House of Commons, Mr Rosindell said: "In his final days as p=Prime Minister, does he think he can do something for the people of Romford and give us the accident and emergency unit at Queen's Hospital, which the honourable member for Ilford North said he would deliver but failed to do?"

Sir Keir responded: "Mr Speaker, we put record investment into the NHS to clear up the mess that he and others left behind.

"I have studied the Reform candidate for Makerfield, since he brings up elections. A self-professed sexist, who said women who get abortion do it for vanity purposes, encouraged people not to get the Covid vaccine and said Russia was within its rights to invade Crimea.

"Reform have got nothing to offer but grievance and division yet again."
