Viral video: Dwarfs raid a Scientology church to find Tom Cruise?

ALBAWABA - Over the past month, Scientology churches across the US have witnessed a spike in raids due to the religion's controversial and secretive nature. 

According to a Yahoo News report, the first known video of the viral trend appeared on TikTok in late March, posted by a user called "5.0arrodo." 

One recent video went viral on social media after allegedly capturing a group of dwarf citizens raiding the Scientology Headquarters in Los Angeles in search of renowned actor Tom Cruise, who has been a prominent figure of the religion.

While several reports online claimed that the 20 "Christian dwarfs" raided the church's Los Angeles headquarters, no official outlet confirmed the news in question, sparking debate and speculation on platforms such as X (formerly Twitter). 

The viral video showed several dwarfs holding signs, including one demanding the release of the Epstein files. Another was captured holding a sign that said "Xenu show yourself," a figure in the church's confidential upper-level teachings.

In response, the clip sparked a wide variety of reactions on social media, with many accusing Scientology of being a cult rather than a religion. A social media user wrote, "Scientology isn't a church it's a cult." Another added, "I’m not usually a fan of Clickbait social media stunts, but this is a good one."

This comes after a viral TikTok video kick-started a trend in March 2025 called "Scientology runs" that featured many people attempting to raid churches across the US in hopes of uncovering its secrets.
