Video: Crystal Palace players party with fans in Florence after UECL semis qualification
A group of Crystal Palace players joined their fans for celebrations in Florence city centre last night, after progressing to the Conference League semi-finals at the expense of Fiorentina.
Crystal Palace players, including Dean Henderson, Adam Wharton, Will Hughes and Chris Richards, were spotted in the Florence city centre on Thursday night, hours after their 2-1 loss against Fiorentina at the Stadio Franchi.
It was a meaningless defeat for the Premier League side, who still qualified for the semi-finals with a 4-2 aggregate win.
A video shared on X by a Palace fan in Florence showed the players celebrating the historic feat alongside their supporters right in front of Palazzo Strozzi, near Piazza della Repubblica.
