US, Israel attack Iran's Natanz uranium enrichment facility

The United States and Israel carried out an attack on the Natanz uranium-enrichment facility in Iran on Saturday morning, according to China Media Group (CMG).
The Iranian side said the move violated international laws and regulations, including the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons, it reported.
Following the attack, Iran's Nuclear Safety System Center conducted technical and expert assessments on the possibility of radioactive leakage in the area of the facility. According to the findings, no radioactive material leak was detected, and there is no danger to residents living near the facility, the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran said in a statement.
However, The Times of Israel reported on Saturday that "today's strike on Iran's Natanz enrichment facility was carried out by the United States," citing the Kan public broadcaster.
It said the United States used "bunker-buster" bombs to target the site.
