The two-storey redevelopment of Jubilee Rise, which is led by East Suffolk Council, is located next to the Eastern Edge beach huts on the town's seafront. It will feature a first-floor restaurant with sweeping coastal views, as well as three ground-floor units with a lift connecting the Upper Esplanade to the Lower Promenade.
