(ANI Video Grab) (ANI Video Grab)The accident happened around 9:30 p.m. when a car travelling from Laxmi Nagar towards ITO hit a divider, crossed the roadside railing and crashed into an Innova coming from the opposite direction, police said. The car was driven by 32-year-old Ashutosh Pandey, who was travelling with his wife and two minor children. The Innova was carrying Anil Jha, the sitting MLA from Kirari, and Abhay Patil, an MLA from Karnataka. All six people suffered minor injuries and were taken to Lok Nayak Jai Prakash Hospital for treatment. Police said they were all stable. Estate police station around 9:30 p.m. A police team reached the spot and found both vehicles damaged. A preliminary inquiry suggested that the car first hit the divider before crossing the railing and crashing into the Innova, which was travelling from ITO towards Laxmi Nagar. Police said further investigation is underway to determine exactly how the accident happened.
