أفاد مصدران أمنيان، يوم الخميس، بوقوع حادثين منفصلين أسفرا عن وفاة طفل وامرأة في محافظتي واسط وذي قار.

وذكر أحد المصادر، لوكالة شفق نيوز، أن "طفلاً يبلغ من العمر 7 سنوات توفي، فيما أُصيب عدد من أفراد عائلته، إثر انهيار منزلهم في قضاء الصويرة بمحافظة واسط، نتيجة غزارة الأمطار.

وأضاف أن فرق الإنقاذ نقلت المصابين إلى المستشفى لتلقي العلاج، دون الكشف عن حصيلة نهائية للإصابات.

وفي حادث منفصل، أبلغ مصدر آخر، الوكالة، بأن امرأة في الثلاثينيات من عمرها لقيت مصرعها نتيجة تعرضها لصعقة كهربائية أثناء استخدامها (تنوراً كهربائياً) داخل منزلها في قضاء الدواية شمال شرقي محافظة ذي قار.
