Around 100 firefighters and 15 fire engines responded to the blaze on New Zealand Way at 6.52pm after receiving 19 calls reporting the incident. Three men were rescued by firefighters from a single storey pavilion, with over half of its structure damaged by the fire. All three were treated at the scene by London Ambulance Service paramedics. Sadly, two died at the scene. The third man was rushed to hospital for further treatment, but was later pronounced dead. Firefighters from North Kensington, Acton, Chiswick, and surrounding stations, brought blaze under control around two and a half hours later at 9.25pm. London Fire Brigade's specialist fire investigation officers and the Metropolitan Police have launched a probe into the cause of the inferno. Assistant Commissioner Pat Goulbourne said: 'Sadly, three people have died following a fire on New Zealand Way, White City.
