These aren't just chatbots; they are digital employees capable of making decisions, spending budgets and accessing proprietary data.In the rush to secure this new frontier, I've found that much of the industry has fixated on a kill switch, or the ability to instantly sever an agent’s access if it misbehaves. While an emergency brake is necessary, it is not a governance strategy.
