The Athletic college baseball top 25: Kansas moves into top 10, Auburn climbs to No. 6

The top five teams won their weekend series — or their one game, in North Carolina’s case. Auburn posted an impressive win at Texas A&M and switched spots with the Aggies, moving from seventh to sixth. Kansas is up three spots, to No. 8, after another weekend sweep. The Jayhawks have won eight straight in Big 12 play and have a four-game lead with six to play. It was tough to sort out the glut of SEC teams in the middle of the ranking. Florida, which took two of three at Oklahoma, leads that pack (for now) at No. 11, followed by Alabama, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Ole Miss. Coastal Carolina lost to Georgia Southern on Sunday but is up five spots due to a nice midweek win at North Carolina and the return of All-American pitcher Cam Flukey.
