للإحصاء والاقتصاد التطبيقي، وذلك خلال حفل ترأسه المندوب السامي للتخطيط شكيب بنموسى. وتأتي هذه التعيينات في سياق ورش إصلاح عميق للمندوبية السامية للتخطيط، يجري وفق التوجيهات الملكية السامية الرامية إلى تعزيز دورها كأداة استراتيجية لتنسيق السياسات العمومية في مجال التنمية. وفي هذا الإطار، يُنتظر من المؤسسات الأكاديمية التابعة للمندوبية أن تضطلع بدور محوري، خاصة عبر تطوير عرض تكويني تكميلي يستجيب للتحولات الاقتصادية والتكنولوجية المتسارعة والتحديات المستقبلية. وبهذه المناسبة، أبرز شكيب بنموسى الدور التاريخي والاستراتيجي للمعهد الوطني للإحصاء والاقتصاد التطبيقي، باعتباره مؤسسة مرجعية في تكوين المهندسين في مجالات متعددة من بينها الإحصاء، الديموغرافيا، الاقتصاد التطبيقي، التأمين، المالية، علوم البيانات، وهندسة البرمجيات، بما ينسجم مع حاجيات سوق الشغل المتغيرة. ومع تسارع وتيرة التحول الرقمي وظهور مهن جديدة مرتبطة بالبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي، أصبح المعهد مدعوا إلى تعزيز موقعه من خلال تطوير تكوينات أساسية ومستمرّة تواكب هذه التحولات. من جهته، قدم عثمان الكتاني رؤيته لتطوير المؤسسة، والتي البيداغوجي مع حاجيات سوق العمل. كما شدد على أهمية تعزيز جاذبية المعهد ومكانته داخل محيط أكاديمي يتسم بتنافسية متزايدة، عبر تثمين تخصصاته الأساسية وتطوير التكامل مع علوم البيانات وهندسة البرمجيات.
