AMC has struck a new partnership with Meta, for example, that makes its programs and films available via Meta Quest, the standalone virtual reality headsets once known as Oculus. “We will be launching a number of our streaming apps on Meta Quest, starting with AMC+ later this year,” said Kim Kelleher, president and chief commerical officer of AMC Global Media, during remarks made at a presentation to advertisers Wednesday evening. “Our flagship streaming service will be one of the first entertainment apps available on this groundbreaking device.
