No arrests have so far been made and roads were later reopened. In a statement, GMP said: 'We were called just after 12.30pm to reports of an RTC involving a child on Broadway, Elk Mill Retail Park. 'Emergency services attended and road closures were put in place. Elk Mill Retail Park in Royton, where the incident happened on Saturday 'The child was taken to hospital as a precaution however injuries are not believed to be life-changing or life-threatening.
