He is also accused of later showing a video of the assault to children during an event at the Meadows School.A civil lawsuit filed by the victim's family further claims Kim threatened to kill anyone he showed the footage if they were to tell anyone. Clark County Chief Deputy District Attorney Stacy Kollins told a judge that Kim "continued to torture" the victim with videos well after the alleged attack took place.He was indicted on Friday on a charge of possessing child sexual abuse material, as well as charges of child abuse, neglect or endangerment, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.View 3 ImagesThe boys are students at the Alexander Dawson School in Las VegasBut defence lawyer Josh Tomsheck pushed back in court, arguing against the 15-year-old being tried as an adult.
