At the event, the plaintiff alleged Combs asked to speak to him privately about a project he was producing, then guided the plaintiff to a back room where he offered the minor sips of his alcoholic beverage before allegedly removing his pants and performing oral sex.The suit names Combs and the plaintiff’s former agents as defendants, accusing them of conspiring to create an “event disguised as an industry meeting in order to provide Defendant Combs with an opportunity to come into contact with minor children.”Combs’ spokesperson Juda Engelmayer said the “allegations from this so-called nameless child actor are false and ridiculous” in a statement to Forbes, calling the plaintiff “another hater in a long list of people trying to get in on the money gravy train encouraged by personal injury lawyers,” adding Combs has “never sexually assaulted anyone—and that includes any child.”This is a developing story.
