هذا المقال بقلم الدبلوماسي التركي أردم أوزان، سفير أنقرة السابق لدى الأردن، والآراء الواردة أدناه تعبر عن رأي الكاتب ولا تعكس بالضرورة وجهة نظر شبكة CNN.

أصبح مضيق هرمز أحطر منطقة رمادية في العالم، إذ كانت تعد هذه المساحة منطقة اختناق بحرية تستطيع فيها الدول أن تمارس حرباً اقتصادية دون أن تتجاوز العتبة القانونية، باستخدامها كممر شحن على الخريطة، لتصبح أكثر مفاصل الاقتصاد العالمي هشاشة، والمكان الذي تنكشف فيه حدود القانون الدولي والقوانين البحرية الدولية بشكل مباشر.
