Investigators believe Williams acted alone in the Saturday attack, Twin Falls Police Chief Matthew Hicks said during a news conference Sunday.
Three people died, and seven others were wounded in the shootout, city spokesperson Josh Palmer previously said.
Police reportedly found the suspected gunman dead near the restaurant.
