MINNEAPOLIS — Denver Nuggets starting power forward Aaron Gordon will miss Thursday’s Game 3 of the team’s first-round playoff series against the Minnesota Timberwolves because of a left calf injury, coach David Adelman said.Gordon, the heart and soul of the Nuggets since arriving in Denver during the 2020-21 season, played 37 minutes in the Nuggets’ Game 2 loss Monday, and was on the floor at the end of the game. However, he appeared on the injury report with left calf tightness after the Nuggets practiced on Wednesday.
