نقابة المحامين تعتزم تشكيل هيئة دفاع لمتابعة قضيّة قورشة

 التصريحات الصادرة عن نقابة المحامين ونقباء سابقين، والتي تمّ تداولها على صفحات التواصل الاجتماعي، عبّرت عن تأييد مطلق للدكتور أمجد قورشة، الذي تحتجزه محكمة أمن الدولة، على خلفيّة تسجيل فيديو نشره قبل سنتين.


 ويجمع الأغلب من أعضاء الهيئة العامة لنقابة المحامين على أن قضيّة قورشة هي قضيّة حرية رأي وتعبير، لم تخرج عن ضوابطها، وأن التوقيف على خلفية حرية التعبير  ظاهرة تمس بحقوق الإنسان وحرياته التي كفلها الدستور الأردني.


كما تمت الموافقة على اقتراح قدمته الأستاذة غادة قاسم، كعضوة في لجنة الحريات وحقوق الإنسان في نقابة المحامين، من قبل مقرر اللجنة  د. وليد العدوان، على اتخاذ ما يلزم لتشكيل هيئة دفاع كمتابِعه لكل ما يمس الحريات والحقوق في قضية الدكتور قورشة.


 وعبرت اللجنة عن ثقتها بالدكتور أمجد قورشة، ابن الوطن البار والداعية الإسلامي المعروف باعتداله والدعوة بالحسنى، وفقا لوصف مقدمة الاقتراح.
