The landmark legislation is named in memory of Manchester Arena victim Martyn Hett, 29, who was one of 22 killed by a suicide bomber after an Ariana Grande concert.‌Martyn’s Law will require venues with a capacity of more than 200 to have plans in place to prevent terror attacks.
