Reports in Italy indicate that Napoli are interested in potential deals for Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson and Manchester United attacker Joshua Zirkzee as well as Arsenal’s Gabriel Jesus, whose agent has recently been spotted at Max Allegri’s training camp.
Napoli interested in three Premier League strikers including Jackson
Napoli are on the hunt for a new attacker to rotate and compete with Rasmus Hojlund heading into the 2026-27 season. Romelu Lukaku has recently left to join Fenerbahce in a permanent transfer and Lorenzo Lucca is not expected to be part of Allegri’s plans this term.
Napoli, who have a recent history of pinching players from the Premier League, have shown an interest in Arsenal’s Jesus this summer: The Brazilian is into the final year of his contract at The Emirates and is not expected to have a key role under Mikel Arteta this season.
Coincidentally, Jesus and Napoli head coach Allegri have the same agent, who has recently been spotted at the club’s pre-season training camp.
According to recent updates from Gianluca Di Marzio, however, Jesus is not the only striker that Napoli have looked at: There has also been interest in Chelsea’s Jackson and United’s Zirkzee.
Napoli have reportedly asked for information for both attackers and have already learned that Jackson is a more feasible option than Zirkzee, who has also been linked with a move to Juventus this summer. Both players have reportedly expressed a willingness in moving to Serie A as well.
The situation still depends on Napoli being able to sell players first, with Lucca and winger Noa Lang currently the most likely options to be sacrificed.
