By STEPHEN GIBBS, SENIOR NEWS REPORTER, AUSTRALIA Published: 00:26, 30 May 2026 | Updated: 00:26, 30 May 2026 The jury that hears accused killer cop Beau Lamarre-Condon's double murder trial will be shown an animated recreation of the shots which gunned down his two alleged victims. Police are still preparing a digital demonstration of what they say happened inside television presenter Jesse Baird's terrace at Paddington, in Sydney's east, in February 2024.  Lamarre-Condon was a senior constable when he allegedly shot dead Mr Baird, 26, and his Qantas flight attendant boyfriend Luke Davies, 29, with his Glock service pistol.  The 30-year-old former celebrity chaser was previously in a brief relationship with Mr Baird. The animated version of events at the alleged crime scene will show projectile trajectories and the location of bullet holes found in Mr Baird's terrace. A 3D reconstruction of the police response to the Westfield Bondi Junction massacre in April 2024 was produced for last year's coronial inquest. That video included CCTV footage, laser scan data and posed models to recreate the lead-up to Inspector Amy Scott shooting dead schizophrenic knifeman Joel Cauchi after he stabbed six strangers to death. Lamarre-Condon appeared by audio-visual link for a directions hearing in the NSW Supreme Court on Friday, when the crime scene reconstruction was discussed. The jury set to hear accused killer cop Beau Lamarre-Condon's double murder trial will be shown an animated recreation of the gunfire which left his two alleged victims dead. Lamarre-Condon is pictured at the Sydney Opera House during Barack Obama's visit in 2023 Lamarre-Condon was a senior constable when he allegedly shot dead Jesse Baird (left) and his Qantas flight attendant boyfriend Luke Davies (right) with his Glock service pistol It was also revealed Lamarre-Condon had yet to inform the Director of Public Prosecutions if he intended to rely on psychiatric evidence. The court heard Lamarre-Condon's legal team hoped to indicate by late July whether their client would be raising mental health issues in his defence. The court further heard the Crown had provided Lamarre-Condon's lawyers with transcripts of telephone calls he had made from prison since his arrest. Justice Natalie Adams raised the prospect of the jury being taken to the alleged crime scene for what is known as a 'view' but that possibility was not further addressed.  Lamarre-Condon was originally charged with two counts of murder, later amended to indicate they were alleged to be related to domestic violence. The shootings were allegedly the culmination of a months-long campaign of 'predatory behaviour' targeting Mr Baird. He has pleaded not guilty to murdering Mr Baird and Mr Davies and is scheduled to face trial from September 21. His case will be mentioned again on July 17. Lamarre-Condon has also pleaded not guilty to aggravated break and enter with intent to commit a serious indictable offence. Police are still preparing a video version of what they say happened inside television presenter Jesse Baird's terrace (above) at Paddington, in Sydney's east, in February 2024 Lamarre-Condon mother Coleen Lamarre (above) is also behind bars after being accused of attempting to influence a witness in her son's murder trial That charge relates to an allegation Lamarre-Condon broke into Mr Baird's house and stole his wallet and phone in August 2023, six months before he and Mr Davies were killed. Lamarre-Condon, who joined the NSW Police Force in 2017, allegedly shot Mr Davies and Mr Baird at Mr Baird's home with his service-issue Glock handgun on February 19, 2024. He then allegedly bundled their bodies into surfboard bags and dumped them at Bungonia, about 180km south-west of Sydney, where they were located on February 27. Daily Mail previously revealed Lamarre-Condon had asked the NSW Law Enforcement Conduct Commission (LECC) to send an investigator to monitor his trial. At his arraignment last October, Lamarre-Condon accused some police who investigated Mr Davies and Mr Baird's deaths of 'serious misconduct and corruption'. Lamarre-Condon is being held at a secret unit within the Long Bay prison complex called the Special Purpose Centre (SPC) which houses NSW's most vulnerable inmates. He has spent almost two years in the SPC, after initially being kept in strict segregation at the Metropolitan Remand and Reception Centre in Sydney's west. Before becoming a police officer, Lamarre-Condon ran a celebrity blog, posing in photos with visiting celebrities including Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez, Miley Cyrus, Harry Styles and Katy Perry. Lamarre-Condon's mother is also behind bars after being accused of attempting to influence a witness in his murder trial. Coleen Lamarre was arrested at her Balmain home in Sydney's inner-west on April 29 and is being held in a maximum-security women's prison. The 63-year-old, who like her son is a former police officer, is charged with one count of 'intending to pervert the course of justice'. Police allege Lamarre tried to persuade a man, referred to as 'The Witness' in court papers, to give a sworn statement 'that did not accord with his true recollection'. She allegedly committed the offence between 2pm and 3pm on January 14 at Sutherland, in Sydney's south. Lamarre is being held at the 531-bed Dillwynia Correctional Centre at Berkshire Park in Sydney's north-west in a 'special management area' for inmates who might be vulnerable or at risk from others. Lamarre and her son are the subject of prison non-association orders, meaning they are prohibited from any form of communication with each other due to the nature of their respective charges.
