Published: 00:01, 17 August 2026 | Updated: 00:05, 17 August 2026 CCTV footage captured the moment two migrants jump out of a lorry in a business park before posing for photos then walking away as staff look on.  Footage obtained by the Daily Mail shows the pair emerging from a heavy goods truck that had travelled from Calais to Dover then Northampton on Friday, August 7.  The boss of haulage firm E. M. Rogers is seen in the footage watching as the two men, who appear to be undocumented migrants, hopping over the barriers and leaving the yard.  But he appears to do nothing to stop them or alert the authorities, instead turning to another member of staff, who emerges from the office and also watches them leave, and saying: 'If anything happens, get them two f*****s.' Neither Ed Rogers nor the member of staff are understood to have told the Home Office or police to the incident.  Staff said they did not know about the incident and did not have an issue with migrants trying to enter their transit lorries when the Daily Mail contacted them for comment.  But it is not the first time Mr Rogers' lorry drivers have had migrants climbing into their vehicles in an attempt to enter the UK.  In 2024, the company was fined £66,000 after six migrants entered the country via one of their vehicles. Footage shown to the Daily Mail showed the pair emerging from a heavy goods truck that had travelled from Calais to Dover then finally Northampton last Friday, on August 7 The footage shows the two men hopping over the barriers and leaving the yard The two men are filmed leaving the yard after jumping out of the back of a lorry and jumping over a fence The boss of haulage firm E. M. Rogers is seen in the footage watching the two men, who appear to be undocumented migrants Mr Rogers claimed the migrants had 'snuck into the back' of the truck in an attempt to enter the UK, adding that they were 'actually the victims of organised gangs'.  The vehicle transport boss condemned the Home Office's decision to fine him, saying at the time that he and his driver were being punished for 'not being border force agents or security guards'.  Under the Official Clandestine Entrant Civil Penalty Scheme, the Government can fine drivers or vehicle owners up to £10,000 per stowaway who enters the country with them - even if they had no knowledge that anyone was concealed in or attached to their vehicle.  In the footage recorded in recent weeks, the migrants took a photo posing outside the offices, where the E. M. Rogers company sign was visible.  It is believed some migrants take photos or pass on the details of how they have entered the country to other migrants back in Calais to help them enter the UK.  The British haulage firm is one of few UK firms making daily trips between Calais and the UK and has been targeted by migrants trying to enter illegally several times before.  Before the fine in 2024, one lorry driver claimed his truck was being attacked by a group of migrants in Calais armed with iron bars and breeze blocks in 2021.  The group blocked the road in France and smashed the windscreen and door windows of the cab, leaving the driver 'shaken'.  E. M. Rogers Ltd declined to comment when contacted by the Daily Mail for comment.   Last Monday, a dinghy carrying a record 230 people crossed the Channel into the UK. The number is the largest to make the journey in a single vessel.
