By KYLIE STEVENS, SENIOR BREAKING NEWS REPORTER, AUSTRALIA Published: 06:04, 3 June 2026 | Updated: 06:29, 3 June 2026 Melbourne identity Mick Gatto and his wife Cheryl have been arrested during dramatic raids at their home on Wednesday.  It's understood the arrests come as part of an investigation into construction industry corruption being led by Victoria Police's Taskforce Hawk.  A police spokeswoman said detectives had raided the couple's home on the Mornington Peninsula as part of an investigation into 'alleged financial offences'.  'Two people at the address, a man and a woman both in their 70s, were arrested and are being interviewed by police,' she told the Herald Sun.  'Further information will be released later today,' she said.
