Kaylie Santos, 22, was seen shoveling the food into her mouth in a now viral video in which she could be heard saying: 'You want French fries today, right?' A police investigation ensued after the video surfaced on social media, with Santos being fired and charged with distributing food with a harmful substance. In court filings obtained by MassLive, police said that Santos targeted her ex-girlfriend who police found after tracking her license plate. According to the woman she and Santos previously dated but had been broken up for a few years, with Santos accused of harassing her and her new partner. On the night of the incident, she told officers that she only ordered two drinks from the establishment in Southbridge, Massachusetts, but was handed a bag of fries also. 'In this case, Santos failed to adhere to the safe handling and cleanliness of the food provided to all customers including (the woman).'
