It is essential. The families of the 97 people killed by the Hillsborough disaster in 1989 spent decades fighting for the truth.They should never have had to. No family should ever again be forced into a battle for answers with the state. Prime Minister Mr Starmer promised to deliver this law in full.Delays and disputes must not dilute that commitment.
