Thick plumes of smoke have been seen billowing over Greater Manchester. Part of Ashburton Road West has been closed near Broadoak Industrial Estate as fire crews tackle the blaze. The cause of the fire is not yet known. A Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "Crews are currently dealing with a fire at an industrial unit in Trafford Park. Please keep windows and doors shut if you are in the surrounding area and avoid the location while emergency services work at the scene."
