LiLos Angeles prosecutors are investigating sexual assault allegations made against disgraced artist and music executive Sean “Diddy” Combs, an official said Tuesday.Subscribe to read this story ad-free Get unlimited access to ad-free articles and exclusive content.When asked if Combs was the target of a probe concerning alleged attacks against a male victim in 2020 and 2021, a spokesperson for L.A. County District Attorney Nathan Hochman confirmed the investigation.“In the fall of 2025, LAPD and LASD each presented a separate sexual assault investigation for one victim to the LA County District Attorney’s Office,” the DA’s rep said in a statement to NBC News. “We are reviewing the case.”The allegations were made by publicist and record producer Jonathan Hay. Hay gave NBC News permission to identify him by name.“Standing as a survivor of the actions involving Sean Diddy Combs and Christopher CJ Wallace, I view the validation of my accounts by the LAPD and the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office as a critical juncture,” Hay said in a statement to NBC News.“This development represents a substantial advancement in my pursuit of complete accountability.
