According to online outage tracker Downdetector, users started reporting problems at around 1115 BST. Lloyds Banking Groups says it is the UK's largest retail and commercial banking provider, with 26 million customers. The banking giant, which owns Lloyds Bank as well as Halifax and Bank of Scotland, has been contacted for comment. In March, almost half a million of its customers saw other people's transactions or had their own data shared after an IT glitch.
