Liverpool sent clear Michael Olise transfer message by Bayern Munich chief

Bayern Munich chief Max Eberl has said that he is not even thinking about selling Michael Olise this summer. The Frenchman has enjoyed a sensational season at the Allianz Arena this term. Olise, 24, has scored 19 goals and notched 29 assists to help Bayern to the Bundesliga crown. Vincent Kompany ’s side could eventually secure the treble before the end of the campaign, with a Champions League semi-final against Paris Saint-Germain to come, as well as a German Cup final against Stuttgart. If you leave him in one-versus-one situations, you are in major trouble.” Asked if he would take Olise at Liverpool, Gerrard said: “All day long. But the problem is, why would he leave Bayern? A big club, challenging for the big honours, and they are probably the strongest Bayern Munich team we have seen for a while. “He is about to take the World Cup by storm come the summer. He looks like a really happy kid, settled, to me, I don’t think he’s going anywhere. “But, yes, would I love him at Liverpool. And you know what, I wouldn’t mind [Luis] Diaz back as well.
