Kylie Jenner sued by former maid over discrimination claims at her homes
ALBAWABA - Kylie Jenner faces lawsuit from former maid over discrimination allegations.
Kylie Jenner just got back from two weekends of partying at Coachella. A former maid has filed a lawsuit against her, claiming discrimination based on her religion and nationality.
Angelica Vasquez filed legal papers in Los Angeles last week that TMZ obtained. In them, Angelica says she started working as a housekeeper for Kylie Jenner on September 10, 2024, at her home in Beverly Hills. A week later, she was moved to her home in Hidden Hills, where she says she reported to a woman named Elsi and head housekeeper Patsy.

According to Angelica, she was "treated with hostility and exclusion" from the start of her job and was "subjected to severe and pervasive harassment" by Patsy, Elsi, and other staff members. She says she was "put down and embarrassed in front of coworkers" because of her race, nationality, and religious views.
Angelica says she is from El Salvador and is a Catholic. She says she was told "Catholics are bad people" and made fun of or scared because of her immigration status. She also says that people said things to her that made her think that people from her background were being sent back to their home country.
Angelica says she was bullied and given the worst jobs. She also says she was purposely left off the housekeeping team and was yelled at and had her fingers snapped at her all the time. She even says that one time, when she cried about how she was being treated, her boss threw hangers at her while scolding her.
Angelica says that the working conditions made her anxious and gave her "symptoms consistent with post-traumatic stress disorder." These issues made her even more bullied, and she says she had to quit in August 2025 because her complaints were not being taken seriously.
Angelica seeks compensation for unpaid wages, mental distress, and other expenses. She also wants money to punish the person who hurt her.
People who know Kylie's family said that the plaintiff was a junior housekeeper who had problems with attendance and other issues at work.
Notably, none of these accusations seem to be directly directed at Kylie Jenner. Instead, they seem to be about her staff and how she didn't deal with the complaints and concerns, even though the mogul is named as a suspect.
