Başkanı Donald Trump'ın İran'la müzakereleri askıya aldığını açıklamasına rağmen İran'ın uzlaşmacı bir teklif sunduğuna yönelik haber akışı paralelinde haftaya pozitif seyirle başlayan piyasalarda, küresel merkez bankalarının faiz kararlarının yanı sıra merkez bankası başkanlarının sözle yönlendirmeleri fiyatlamalarda temel belirleyici oldu. ABD'nin İran limanlarına yönelik uzun süreli abluka hazırlığı ve Hürmüz Boğazı’na dair arz endişeleri Brent petrol üzerinde yukarı yönlü harekete yol açtı. Petrol fiyatlarının yüksek seyri, enflasyonist baskıların güçlenebileceğine yönelik korkuları körükledi. ABD Başkanı Donald Trump, İran ile görüşmelerin devam ettiğini ancak Tahran yönetiminin kendisine ulaştırdığı son tekliften "memnun olmadığını" belirtti. Trump'ın bu açıklaması, İran'ın ABD ile müzakerelerde aracılık yapan Pakistan yönetimine, ABD ile savaşı sona erdirebilecek bir anlaşma için yeni teklif sunduğuna ilişkin haberlerin ardından geldi. Öte yandan Trump yönetimi, ABD Kongresi'ne gönderdiği mektupta, bölgedeki ABD silahlı kuvvetlerinin varlığına rağmen İran ile savaşı "sona ermiş" saydığını Kongre'ye resmen bildirdi. Enflasyon riskleri altında başta ABD Merkez Bankası (Fed) olmak üzere Avrupa Merkez Bankası (ECB), İngiltere Merkez Bankası (BoE) ve Japonya Merkez Bankası (BoJ), beklentiler doğrultusunda politika faizlerini değiştirmedi. Genel olarak merkez bankası başkanları sözle yönlendirmelerinde temkinli bir ton kullanırken, ABD'de görev süresi 15 Mayıs'ta sona erecek Fed Başkanı Jerome Powell'ın güvercin tondan uzak söylemleri, para politikasında ilave sıkılaşma ihtimalini yeniden masaya taşıdı. Ayrıca kararın 8’e karşı 4 oyla alınması, komite içindeki görüş ayrılıklarının belirginleştiğine işaret etti. Powell, martta kişisel tüketim harcamaları (PCE) enflasyonunun yüzde 3,5 seviyesine ulaşmasını beklediklerini, kısa vadeli enflasyon tahminlerinde yukarı yönlü hareket görüldüğünü ve mevcut politika duruşunun bu aşamada uygun olduğunu belirtti. ABD'de süren enflasyon endişelerinin gölgesinde gelecek hafta açıklanacak tarım dışı istihdam verisinde Fed'in gelecek dönemde atacağı adımlara yönelik sinyaller aranacak. Bu gelişmelerin etkisiyle faiz indirimlerinin ötelenebileceği beklentisi ve devam eden enflasyon riskleriyle tahvil piyasalarında satış baskısı arttı. Öte yandan, ABD ekonomisi yılın ilk çeyreğinde beklentilerin altında büyüdü. Ancak büyümenin ivme kazanma eğilimini koruması, olası bir resesyona yönelik endişeleri sınırladı. Haftaya ABD-İran hattındaki gelişmeler piyasaların odağını oluştururken, ABD'de devam eden bilanço sezonu dolayısıyla şirket finansalları da yakından takip edilecek. Bu gelişmelerle ABD'nin 10 yıllık tahvil faizi önceki haftaya göre yaklaşık 10 baz puan artışla yüzde 4,3970'te, dolar endeksi ise haftalık bazda yüzde 0,4 düşerek 98,2 seviyesinde kapandı. Orta Doğu'daki gerilimlerin oluşturduğu risklerin ortadan kalkmaması, enflasyon riskleriyle faiz indirimlerinin ötelenebileceği endişeleri ve yükselen tahvil faizleriyle altının onsu haftalık bazda yüzde 2 düşerek 4 bin 614 dolara indi. Brent petrolün varil fiyatı da arz endişeleriyle yüzde 7,4 artışla 107,6 dolara yükseldi. New York borsasında geçen hafta pozitif bir seyir öne çıktı. Haftalık bazda New York borsasında S&P 500 yüzde 0,91, Nasdaq endeksi yüzde 1,49 ve Dow Jones endeksi yüzde 0,55 yükseldi. S&P 500 ve Nasdaq endekslerinde rekor seviyeler görüldü. Kurumsal tarafta bilançolar yatırımcılar tarafından yakından takip edilirken, ABD'li teknoloji devlerinden Apple'ın geliri 3 aylık dönemde yıllık bazda yaklaşık yüzde 17 artarak piyasa beklentisinin üzerinde gerçekleşti. Şirketin hisseleri cuma günü yüzde 3,3 değer kazandı. ABD'li teknoloji şirketlerinden Alphabet, Amazon, Meta ve Microsoft'un gelir ve karları, ocak-mart döneminde beklentilerin üzerinde gerçekleşti. Alphabet'in yılın ilk çeyreğinde elde ettiği net karı geçen yılın aynı dönemine kıyasla yaklaşık yüzde 81 artışla 62,6 milyar dolara ulaştı. Amazon'un net karı da yılın ilk çeyreğinde yüzde 77 artarak 30,3 milyar dolara çıktı. Söz konusu dönemde Meta'nın net karı yüzde 61 artarak 26,8 milyar dolara, Microsoft'un net karı da yüzde 23 artışla 31,8 milyar dolara çıktı. ABD'li enerji şirketlerinden ExxonMobil ve Chevron'un ise ilk çeyrek karları azalmasına rağmen beklentileri aştı. Makroekonomik veri tarafında ülkede kişisel tüketim harcamaları martta yüzde 0,9 artarken Fed'in enflasyon göstergesi olarak dikkate aldığı gıda ve enerji kalemlerinin hesaplama dışı tutulduğu çekirdek kişisel tüketim harcamaları fiyat endeksi, martta aylık bazda yüzde 0,3, yıllık bazda yüzde 3,2 yükselerek beklentilere paralel seyretti. Gelecek hafta pazartesi fabrika siparişleri, dayanıklı mal siparişleri, salı dış ticaret dengesi, S&P Global hizmet sektörü PMI, ISM hizmet sektörü PMI, yeni konut satışları, inşaat izinleri, çarşamba ADP istihdam raporu, perşembe inşaat harcamaları, haftalık işsizlik maaşı başvuruları, cuma tarım dışı istihdam, işsizlik oranı, Michigan tüketici güven endeksi, toptan eşya stokları verileri takip edilecek. Avrupa borsalarında geçen hafta karışık bir seyir öne çıktı. Avrupa'da enerji fiyatlarındaki artış ve faizlerin uzun süre yüksek kalacağı endişeleriyle borsalar hafta genelinde baskı altında kaldı. ECB, Orta Doğu'daki savaş nedeniyle hızla artan enerji fiyatlarına, artan belirsizlikler ve enflasyon baskısına rağmen 3 temel politika faizini piyasa beklentisi doğrultusunda sabit tuttu. ECB Başkanı Christine Lagarde, ekonomik büyümeye yönelik risklerin aşağı yönlü olduğunu, enerji arzındaki kesintilerin fiyatları daha da artırarak ekonomik faaliyet üzerinde baskı oluşturabileceğini söyledi. Öte yandan BoE, Orta Doğu'da tırmanan savaşın enerji maliyetlerinde neden olduğu sert yükselişe ve artan enflasyon baskısına rağmen politika faizini piyasa beklentileri doğrultusunda yüzde 3,75 seviyesinde sabit bıraktı. BoE'nin açıklamasında, para politikasının küresel enerji fiyatlarını doğrudan etkileyemeyeceği ancak yüksek enflasyonun ekonomi üzerinde kalıcı bir hasar bırakmaması için gerekli adımların atılacağı bildirildi. Banka, durumu yakından izlediğini ve enflasyonu orta vadede yüzde 2'lik hedefe döndürme konusundaki kararlılığını yineledi. Bu gelişmelere ek olarak Avrupa Birliği (AB) Komisyonu, üye ülkelerin Orta Doğu kaynaklı krizde ekonomilerini destekleyebilmesini sağlamak amacıyla geçici bir devlet yardımı çerçevesi kabul edildiğini açıkladı. Söz konusu çerçeve, tarım, balıkçılık, ulaştırma ve enerji yoğun sektörlerde faaliyet gösteren şirketlere yönelik hedefli ve geçici destek mekanizması olarak uygulanacak. Makroekonomik veri tarafında ise Almanya'da Orta Doğu'daki gerilimin enerji fiyatlarını tetiklemesiyle yıllık enflasyon yüzde 2,9’a yükselerek 2024’ün başından bu yana en yüksek seviyesine çıktı. Bu gelişmelerle geçen hafta İngiltere'de FTSE 100 endeksi yüzde 0,09 ve Fransa'da CAC 40 endeksi yüzde 0,53 düşerken, İtalya'da MIB 30 endeksi yüzde 1,24 ve Almanya'da DAX endeksi yüzde 0,68 yükseldi. Gelecek hafta pazartesi Avro Bölgesi'nde S&P Global imalat sanayi PMI, çarşamba Avro Bölgesi'nde Üretici Fiyat Endeksi (ÜFE), S&P Global PMI hizmet sektörü PMI, Almanya'da S&P Global hizmet sektörü PMI, İngiltere'de hizmet sektörü PMI, Almanya'da fabrika siparişleri, cuma Almanya'da sanayi üretimi verileri takip edilecek. İngiltere'de pazartesi günü piyasalar tatil nedeniyle kapalı olacak. Asya tarafında da geçen hafta karışık bir seyir izlenirken, yeni haftada Japonya ve Çin'de resmi tatil nedeniyle piyasalar bazı günlerde kapalı olacak. Bundan dolayı bölge genelinde sığ bir işlem haftası bekleniyor. Bölgede enerji arzına ilişkin endişeler piyasalarda etkili olurken, Hürmüz Boğazı'ndan tanker geçişlerinin görece artması söz konusu kaygıları bir nebze azalttı. Öte yandan BoJ, politika faizini beklentilere paralel yüzde 0,75'te sabit tuttu. BoJ açıklamasına göre karar 6'ya karşı 3 oyla alınırken, BoJ üyesi Hajime Takata, Junko Nakagawa ve Naoki Tamura faiz artırımı yönünde oy kullandı. Banka, 2026 yılı için çekirdek enflasyon beklentisini yüzde 1,9'dan yüzde 2,8'e yükseltti. Asya tarafında geçen hafta açıklanan makroekonomik verilere göre Japonya'da mart ayına ilişkin perakende satışlar aylık yüzde 1,3, yıllık bazda 1,7 artarak beklentileri geride bıraktı. Söz konusu veri iç talepteki hareketliliğin arttığına işaret etti. Ülkede mart ayı sanayi üretimi ise aylık yüzde 0,5 azalırken beklentilerin altında gerçekleşti. Japonya'da enflasyon görünümüne ilişkin çerçeve çizen Tokyo Tüketici Fiyat Endeksi (TÜFE) nisanda yıllık bazda 1,5 ile tahminlerin altında kaldı. Çin tarafında ise nisan ayına ilişkin imalat sanayi Satınalma Yöneticileri Endeksi (PMI) 50,3 ile tahminleri aşarak aktivitede genişlemeye işaret etti. Ülkede hizmet sektörü PMI ise 49,4 ile beklentilerin altında kaldı. Söz konusu gelişmelerle haftalık bazda, Güney Kore'de Kospi endeksi yüzde 1,90 ve Çin'de Şanghay bileşik endeksi yüzde 0,79 yükselirken, Hong Kong'da Hang Seng endeksi yüzde 0,78 ve Japonya'da Nikkei 225 endeksi yüzde 0,34 düştü. Gelecek hafta çarşamba Çin'de hizmet sektörü PMI, perşembe Japonya'da BoJ toplantı tutanakları takip edilecek. Gelecek hafta pazartesi, salı ve çarşamba günleri Japonya'da, pazartesi ve salı günleri Çin'de piyasalar kapalı olacak. Yurt içinde geçen hafta alış ağırlıklı bir seyir izleyen Borsa İstanbul'da BIST 100 endeksi haftalık bazda yüzde 0,23 yükselişle 14.442,56 puandan kapandı. Yurt içinde Türkiye Cumhuriyet Merkez Bankası (TCMB) Para Politikası Kurulu (PPK) Toplantı Özeti yayımlandı. Jeopolitik gelişmelerle artan petrol fiyatlarının etkisiyle akaryakıt fiyatlarındaki yükselişin sürdüğü belirtilen özette, "Öncü veriler nisan ayında gıda fiyatlarında bir miktar yükselişe işaret etmektedir." denildi. Gelecek hafta yurt içinde enflasyon verileri takip edilecek. AA Finans Enflasyon Beklenti Anketi'ne katılan ekonomistler, nisanda Tüketici Fiyat Endeksi'nin aylık bazda yüzde 3,19 artacağını tahmin etti. Bu paralelde yıllık enflasyonun nisanda yüzde 31,11'e çıkacağı öngörüldü. Dolar/TL, haftayı önceki haftalık kapanışın yüzde 0,4 üzerinde 45,1820'den tamamladı. Gelecek hafta yurt içinde pazartesi enflasyon, imalat sektörü PMI, salı reel efektif döviz kuru, cuma sanayi üretimi ve Hazine nakit dengesi takip edilecek.
