The devastated family of an influencer who died after being hit by a car outside a nightclub in London described the agony they have been left in following the tragedy. Klaudia Zakrzewska, who was better known on Instagram as Klaudiaglam, had been left in a critical condition when she and two other pedestrians were hit at 4.30am on April 19 in Soho . The 32-year-old was rushed to hospital but sadly died on Saturday (April 25). Gabrielle Carrington, 29, of Broadfield Road, Manchester - a previous X Factor finalist - has since been charged with the woman's murder. The Metropolitan Police said she was initially charged with attempted murder, which was amended following the death. The victim's family revealed to The Sun how they had stayed by Klaudia's hospital bedside all week and said they were in a "living hell". They added that the influencer had been declared "brain-dead" and her "kindly heart" slowed down, with her organs "failing". “Klaudia touched many hearts and we are all in agony," one family member said. Detective Chief Inspector Alison Foxwell, who is leading the investigation, said: "We would like to express our deepest sympathies to Klaudia’s family and friends in light of this tragic update. Our thoughts are also with everyone impacted by this incident. "We recognise that this case has generated significant interest and discussion on social media; however, we would urge the public to refrain from further speculation. We also ask that people do not share graphic footage out of respect for Klaudia’s loved ones and for those who have been injured." The DCI also warned that circulating such material could hinder the ongoing criminal investigation and potentially prejudice future court proceedings. Carrington previously appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court after first being charged with attempted murder, grievous bodily harm with intent, actual bodily harm and drink-driving. She spoke in court only to confirm her name and was remanded into custody to appear at the Old Bailey on May 19. The defendant once appeared in the 2013 edition of X Factor as a member of girl group Miss Dynamix. Klaudia, from Essex but born in Poland, had 274,000 Instagram followers and is understood to have been out clubbing in Argyll Street in central London. The collision also saw security worker Anoush Chyche, in his 50s, suffer "life-changing injuries", while a third woman, Latisha Armstrong, in her 30s, was treated for minor injuries to her wrist. A friend of Klaudia shared a heartbreaking post on Instagram following the collision and said she witnessed the shocking incident: "No one understands the kind of pain I’m carrying right now. It feels like everyone is more interested in being fast, nosy, or twisting the story into something that isn’t even real and it’s tearing me apart inside. "While they talk and speculate I’m the one left with the memory of watching my best friend, someone I love, get killed right in front of me… left there, fighting for their life, slipping away. That image doesn’t leave me. It replays over and over and I can’t escape it. "And somehow, I’m expected to just sit with that. To hold all of it in while people who weren’t hurt in a way I don’t even have words for. It feels heavy, lonely, and suffocating like I’m stuck carrying some." A fundraiser was also set up by Klaudia's grieving mum, who wrote: "This is the most devastating time our family has ever faced. Those who know me understand how much I love my daughter and what a special bond we have."
