Kayseri Büyükşehir Belediyesince, kentin ulaşımını rahatlatmak amacıyla hayata geçirilen yaklaşık 1.5 milyar lira maliyetli Kartal Katlı Kavşağı ve Bağlantı Yolları Projesi'nin startı verildi. Büyükşehir Belediye Başkanı Memduh Büyükkılıç, kavşağın yol çalışmaları için bu gece 00.00 itibarıyla araç trafiğine kapatılacağını söyledi
