Kai Trump is granted restraining order against her alleged 26-year-old stalker

Published: 15:28, 25 May 2026 | Updated: 15:54, 25 May 2026 President Donald Trump's teenage granddaughter, Kai, has been granted a restraining order against her 26-year-old alleged stalker. The 19-year-old daughter of Don Jr. and his ex-wife Vanessa Trump filed a petition in Florida against a man named Gabriel Garza Jr. in April, according to TMZ. In a court hearing, Kai described Garza as a homeless man living in his car around the areas of Jupiter and Palm Beach County. Kai was initially granted a temporary order in April, which a judge extended until May 2027 during a May 14 hearing.  The order prohibits Garza from stalking, cyberstalking, or committing any criminal offense resulting in physical injury or death. The alleged stalker is banned from going within 500 ft of Kais home or place of work.  Trump's granddaughter announced on May 4 that she would be attending the University of Miami, where Garza will reportedly not be allowed to approach her as well.  The teenager risked the wrath of her grandfather, Donald Trump, with her comment on politics The comments below have not been moderated.
