KACE Grants Orange Jordan the 6-Star Recognized for Excellence Certificate from EFQM

In a renewed testament to its steadfast commitment to applying world-class best practices in management and institutional excellence, Orange Jordan has received the Recognized for Excellence (R4E) certificate with a 6-star rating from the King Abdullah II Centre for Excellence (KACE), the national representative of the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) in Jordan. With this achievement, the company becomes the first telecommunications operator worldwide to achieve this advanced evaluation under the EFQM Excellence Model. This recognition was commemorated at an official ceremony, during which the Executive Director of KACE, Eng. Wedad Quteishat, presented the certificate to the CEO of Orange Jordan, Eng. Philippe Mansour, in the presence of the Executive Committee members, representatives from both parties, and a number of senior government officials, in addition to a group of distinguished guests, partners, and media representatives.
