A high-flying banker has been hit with a bombshell lawsuit containing a string of explosive allegations, including sexual assault and coercion. Lorna Hajdini, 37, an executive director at JP Morgan, has been accused by a junior male colleague of subjecting him to months of horrific abuse, during which the alleged victim claims he was forced to perform "non-consensual and humiliating sex acts." The man, who we have not identified for legal reasons, alleges the ordeal began when he joined the firm in March 2024. He claims that within weeks of starting, Hajdini's conduct had already turned inappropriate, encompassing suggestive remarks and unwanted physical contact in the workplace. Court documents suggest the situation rapidly escalated. The unnamed banker alleges that Hajdini made a string of explicit sexual comments, touched him without his consent, and threatened to derail his career should he reject her advances. In one alleged exchange, she is said to have warned: "If you don't f*** me soon, I'm going to ruin you." The complainant further alleges that Hajdini repeatedly used derogatory language and made inappropriate references to his ethnicity, both inside and outside of work. He has additionally accused Hajdini of drugging him on numerous occasions, with court filings claiming he was administered substances including an "erection-enabling pharmaceutical" without his knowledge or consent. One alleged incident at his flat accuses Hajdini of turning up uninvited, making sexual advances, and then forcibly performing a sex act despite his repeated pleas for her to stop. The lawsuit states that the man broke down in tears during the encounter and was mocked. Hajdini also allegedly berated the unnamed man for crying and being unable to achieve an erection, according to the Daily Mail. She allegedly said: "Stop f***ing crying. You think anyone would ever believe you? You're a f***ing douche bag who thinks he's hot s***, but you can't even get your d*** hard for me? What the f*** is this?" Hajdini also allegedly instructed the man to suck on her toes, as well as shoving him to the floor and sitting on his face. The banker further claims that he reported the incidents to HR in 2025. JPMorgan Chase has reportedly strongly denied the allegations, with an internal investigation said to have found no evidence to back up the claims, according to The Sun. A spokesman for JPMorgan Chase said in a statement to the Daily Mail : “Following an investigation, we don’t believe there’s any merit to these claims. While numerous employees cooperated with the investigation, the complainant refused to participate and has declined to provide facts that would be central to support his allegations.” Hajdini has not publicly addressed the accusations and continues to be employed at the bank. The man, who reportedly departed the company in late 2024, is now pursuing damages for emotional distress, loss of earnings and damage to his reputation.
