Nebatiye'de sivil ve devlete ait binalar da bombalandı. Ateşkesten bir hafta önce, 10 Nisan'da İsrail ordusunun Nebatiye hükümet binası ve çevresini hedef alması sonucu bölgede bulunan Devlet Güvenlik Ofisi de İsrail saldırılarının hedefi oldu. Bu saldırıda 13 Lübnan güvenlik gücü hayatını kaybetti. Devlet Güvenlik Ofisi'nde yaşamını yitiren güvenlik güçlerinden Yusuf Kaansu'nun annesi, hedef alınan bölgede AA muhabirine yaptığı açıklamada, "Savaştan sıkıldık. Bu savaşı biz başlatmadık, bu savaş bize dayatıldı." dedi. İsrail'in ABD'nin desteğiyle saldırılar düzenlediğine vurgu yapan Lübnanlı anne, "Her seferinde İsrail bize saldırdı, çocuklarımız vatani görevlerini yaparken şehit oldu." diye konuştu. Lübnanlı kadın, ofisin İsrail saldırısından önce kapatılması gerektiğini belirterek hükümeti ihmalkarlıkla suçladı. İsrail'in Lübnan devletine ait bir merkezi hedef aldığına dikkati çeken anne Kaansu, İsrail'in Gazze'de yaptığı katliamları da hatırlattı. Acılı anne İsrail ile müzakere yapılmasına karşı çıkarak, "İsrail'e güvenilemeyeceğini" söyledi. İsrail ordusunun 6 katlı binayı hedef aldığı saldırıda oğlunu kaybeden Lübnanlı baba Muhammed Şebib, "Burası 6 katlı, 12 daireli bir binaydı ve tamamen sivildi. Binada oğlum ve burada yaşayan 3 kişi vardı. Saldırıda oğlum Abdullah Şebib hayatını kaybetti, diğer oğlum da yaralandı." dedi. Şebib, "Sivillerin eşyalarına bakın, biz kendi halinde yaşayan insanlarız. Oğlumun cesedini 5 gün sonra enkaz altından çıkarabildim." diye konuştu. Saldırının ramazan ayında düzenlendiğine dikkati çeken Şebib, bina ve çevresinde askeri teçhizat bulunmadığını ve tamamen sivil olduğunu söyledi. Şebib, "İşte gözlüklerimiz, tıbbi malzemeler, hastalar için oksijen cihazları, engelli arabaları... Burada askeri mühimmat yok ama onların umurunda değil. Bize yaptıkları Gazze'de yaptıklarının çeyreği bile değil. Kanla beslenen bir devlet." ifadelerini kullandı. Lübnanlı esnaf Fuad Müslümani de "Ramazan ayıydı, dükkana Türkiye'den bir sürü kıyafet ve malzeme getirmiştik. Saldırıyla birlikte 28 yıllık emeğimiz, anılarımız gitti. Biz bu dükkan sayesinde çocukları okuttuk. Her şeyin telafisi var. İnşallah bu iş yerinin daha iyisini açarız." dedi.
