Sophie's Steakhouse went on to open branches in Covent Garden and Soho. The Soho branch is still open. Mr Power, announcing the closure in Chelsea in a Facebook post, said: "I've never been one to leave a party early, but this Saturday... will be our last service and we will be closing our doors on the Fulham Road in Chelsea for the last time."
