أكد وزير العمل الدكتور محمد حيدر، في حديث إلى إذاعة سبوتنيك، أن مشاركة وزير التنمية الإدارية فادي مكي في جلسة مجلس الوزراء "تعود إلى الوزير مكي نفسه".

واشار إلى أن الاتصالات لا تزال قائمة منذ صدور قرار وزارة الخارجية المتعلق بأوراق اعتماد السفير الإيراني، مع ضرورة "ترك الأمور تأخذ مجراها للتوصل إلى حل".

وأوضح حيدر أن "ظروف الحرب في لبنان تتطلب تضامن جميع الأطراف وتكثيف الاتصالات".

واعتبر أن "التراجع عن القرار بات ضرورياً لتفادي الانقسامات"، لافتاً في الوقت نفسه إلى أنه "لا قرار لدى الثنائي الشيعي بمقاطعة الجلسات المقبلة، والاتصالات مستمرة لإيجاد مخارج مناسبة".

وأشار إلى أن "قراراً صادراً عن وزير لا يحدد سياسات الدول أو علاقاتها، بل يجب أن يكون نتيجة نقاش واضح داخل مجلس الوزراء".

وأضاف: "البعض يقول إن قرار وزير الخارجية أتى بموافقة رئيس الجمهورية ورئيس الحكومة، والبعض ينفي هذه الموافقة، ونحن ننتظر ظهور الصورة كاملة".

وشدد حيدر على "أهمية اعتماد آلية مؤسساتية في اتخاذ القرارات، بما لا يفاقم الانقسام"، مؤكداً ضرورة "الحفاظ على النازحين وعلى الوحدة الوطنية، والسعي إلى معالجة الأزمة عبر القنوات الدبلوماسية".
