Four people rushed to hospital after ambulance flips on its side in crash with car and lorry

By ISABELLA MACHIN, REPORTER and SOPHIE CARLIN, REPORTER Published: 19:17, 24 April 2026 | Updated: 19:20, 24 April 2026 Four people have been rushed to hospital after an ambulance flipped on its side during a crash with a car and a lorry.  Emergency services rushed to the junction of the A13 and A130 at Bowers Gifford, Essex, on Friday.  Four people were taken to Basildon and Thurrock Hospital, while several others were treated at the scene.  This is a breaking news story - further updates to follow.   No comments have so far been submitted.
