A London recycling centre has erupted in flames for the second time this year.
Firefighters have rushed to tackle a blaze at a waste facility in Deptford as a huge fire rips through the site.
Fifteen fire engines and around 100 firefighters are responding to the blaze.
Around 50 tonnes of household waste are believed to have gone up in flames.
Local residents have been warned to close doors and windows as smoke engulfs the nearby area.
The London Fire Brigade said in a statement: “Fifteen fire engines and around 100 firefighters are responding to a fire on Landman Way, Deptford.
“The fire involves around 50 tonnes of household waste stored at a waste facility.
“Rail services into London Bridge are impacted as crews work to bring the fire under control.
“A large amount of smoke is being produced by the incident. Local residents should keep doors and windows closed where possible.
“The Brigade was first called about the incident at 19:59, and crews from East Greenwich, Old Kent Road, Deptford and surrounding fire stations have been sent to the scene.
“The cause of the fire is not yet known.”
Rail services around London Bridge, New Cross and New Cross Gate have all been disrupted this evening.

A Network Rail spokesman confirmed: “A fire on a property between London Bridge and New Cross / New Cross Gate means some lines are blocked.
“As a result, trains between these stations may be cancelled, delayed or revised.
“Disruption is expected until the end of the day.”
Clips on social media show hoards of onlookers watching as the fire rises high into the London skyline.
This fire marks the second fire at the site this year.
The first fire happened in early June, causing damage to local vehicles and leaving one man requiring medical attention.
A van and a car were destroyed in the initial fire, with significant damage to the warehouse roof.
